A. Elizabeth West is a writer, reader, and lover of science. In 2020, she launched Boomkaart Books to publish her speculative fiction.
She graduated from Drury University with a BS in English and an AS in Criminal Justice. While in grad school, she published a short story, “Jack and the Bean Sprout,” in the Spring 2007 issue of Drury University’s Bonfire magazine. In May 2012, she won a fiction contest at The Soap Boxers blog with “Te Absolvo.” Both are now in her collection, The Shiny Folk and other stories.
Elizabeth is writing Book Three of her Tuner trilogy, which began with Tunerville, while simultaneously fleshing out her conlang, planning a new fantasy novel, teaching herself how to edit video, and trying desperately to escape the Midwest.
